Abstract. This article contemplates socio-philosophical foundations and promising ways of
international cooperation within spheres of science and education. The authors try to demonstrate
that it is necessary to search for new ways of international interaction in order to overcome
methodological narrowness of neorealist concepts dominating in contemporary world
politics. The authors examine international integration in science and education from alternative
positions applying philosophical rethinking of the basis of international relations. The ar-
ticle poses questions of positive influence of international integration in science and education
on personal human development, of innovative ways of international interaction within these
fields, and of possible influence of such interaction on consolidation and reorganizing of contemporary
international relations. Reference to the experience of participation in youth UN
models illustrates a successful progressive way of international cooperation within fields of science
and education.
