The extraterritorial effect of EU law in the legal orders of third and the Association Agreement

Abstract

The article elucidates theoretical and practical issues of the creation of the association between the European Union an the third countries. Association with EU can be considered as the first step for the integration of the state into EU. The impact of the EU acquis on the internal orders of the associated countries is being under consideration. The means and consequences of such an impact are being determined.
