The legal basis of cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union in the field of combating terrorism

Abstract

The article considers the legal framework for cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union concerning the prevention and combating terrorism. It separately highlights the position joint activities regarding counteracting terrorism in the Draft Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU.
