The reforming of corporate law of Ukraine in accordance to the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union

Abstract

The paper discusses and analyzes the provisions of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union in the field of business, put forward predictions about the future of corporate legislation of Ukraine through a process of harmonization to EU company law. It also covers the legal requirements and the conditions, mechanism and general areas of future adaptation processes.
