The features of the harmonizing of the legislation of Ukraine with the EU legislation in the field of social policy

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analisys of the meaning and the role of the social policy in the documents that provide the legal basis for the cooperation beetwen Ukraine and the European Union. A separate analysis of the issues on commitments of our country in the social sphere has been given in accordance with the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. Special attention is paid to the analysis of EU documents, which must be implemented in Ukraine.
