The legal nature of the European Union

Abstract

The legal nature of the European Union based on research of certain concepts, primarily according to the Lisbon Treaty, is analyzed. The arguments of theoretical ground are adduced by the European and national experts - followers of the federal, confederal concepts of EU, and concepts of association of the special nature or supranational integration unification.
