The Association Agreement and the freedom of movement of citizens of Ukraine in the European Union

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of Ukraine – European Union relations in the sphere of justice, freedom and security. The article researches the Ukrainian and the European Union bilateral relations in providing and ensuring to Ukrainians free movement within the territory of the EU member states. It also stipulates Ukraine to apply all necessary legislative initiatives in such spheres as migration policy, security of documents, protection of personal data for its further harmonization with EU law.
