The actual aspects of the conclusion of the Agreement on deep and comprehensive free trade area between Ukraine and the European Union

Abstract

The author analyses some actual issues of joining to the Agreement about Deep and comprehensive Free Trade Area between Ukraine and European Union. Than author analyses the history of the preparation of the Agreement, its contents and possible influence on the trade relations between EU and Ukraine. In the last part of the article, the alaysis of the influence of Ukraine’s participation in the Free trade area with EU, on the one hand, and with the Customs Union on the other hand, on the coutry’s external trade relations. Also the possibility of simultaneous participation of Ukraine in Customs Union and in the Free trade area has been investigated.
