With the rapid development of information technology, and facilitation of exchange of information on the Internet, there are new challenges in the field of personal data protection. The increase of activity of social network, on the one hand,
and the absence of legal regulation of such activities, on the other – threaten the right to privacy of persons. It appears necessary to pay attention to the development of new and improvement of the existing legal framework on the protection of personal information offline as well as online.
