The features of the legal personality of the European Central Bank

Abstract

The juridical personality of the European Central Bank has been interpreted in the present article. In this context certain peculiarities of the privileges and immunities being in use within the ECB system have been defined, and the present loan institution’s contractual capacity has been analyzed taking into account, inter alia, the criteria of liability for the acts performed.
