The background of occurrence and the prospects of development of European criminal law

Abstract

Integration development of European community, tendencies to harmonization of norms of legislation of the states of European Union and processes of over-nacionalizations norms of law for EU, result in the origin of new institutes in the European law, which require separate study, including questions of collaboration of the European states in the field of prevention of crime, creation of the system of justice in the criminal proceeding, forming of conception of the European criminal law in the aspect of defense of human rights, creation of over-nacionalizations institutes.
