The international legal aspects of the european integration of Ukraine: historical experience and realities of today

Abstract

The article describes and analizes the current international legal issues of European integration of Ukraine,historical sights of Ukrainian law and their impact on the state development and constitutionalism in Europe are researched. A comparative analysis of the national interests of Ukraine and Europe and ways of their convergence on the basis of universal values has been done.
