Анотація. Актуалізація дослідження структури та тенденцій розвитку інноваційної діяльності, а також ступеня залученості до неї державних важелів регулювання посилюється з інтенсифікацією глобальних науково-технологічних процесів. Саме інноваційні технології у всіх сферах життєдіяльності людства визначають не тільки економічне зростання держави та її конкурентоспроможність на світовій арені, а й обумовлюють рівень соціальної готовності до інновацій, розвиток технологічної культури та економіки знань. Німеччина – країна-лідер за показниками інноваційного розвитку не тільки в ЄС, а й на глобальному рівні. Тому в статті розкриваються особливості функціонування інноваційної інфраструктури та побудови німецької НІС, а також висвітлюються організаційні питання взаємодії її учасників.
