МІЖНАРОДНE ВИРОБНИЦТВO БАГАТОНАЦІОНАЛЬНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

В статті аналізується сутність та масштаби міжнародного виробництва багатонаціональних підприємств (БНП). Розглядаються питання методології та термінології визначення багатонаціональних підприємств, еволюція поглядів у світовій та вітчизняній економічній літературі з цього питання. Обгрунтовується, що поняття багатонаціальності є ключовою ознакою сучасних міжнародних фірм, головною рисою процесу створення вартості в їх глобальних ланцюжках та однією із найважливіших конкурентних переваг цих фірм над національними компаніями. Показаний розвиток теорії фрагментації міжнародного виробництва та термінології глобальних ланцюжків створення вартості, розкрито роль багатонаціональних фірм у світовому господарстві, теоретичні макроекономічні оцінки наслідків участі країн у процесах фрагментації міжнародного виробництва. Розкрито сучасні тенденції збільшення міжнародного виробництва, показано особливості динаміки припливу нових щорічних прямих іноземних інвестицій та інших показників міжнародного виробництва багатонаціональних підприємств. Аргументовано висновок, що причинами такої різної динамки є особливості фінансування зарубіжних філіалів БНП після світової фінансової кризи та розвиток мережевих аутсорсингових механізмів екстерналізації міжнародного виробництва.
