ДОГОВІРНО-ПРАВОВА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ КОРОЛЯ АНГЛІЇ ГЕНРІХА VIII ТА КАРДИНАЛА ТОМАСА ВУЛСІ ЯК СКЛАДОВА ≪ІТАЛІЙСЬКИХ ВІЙН≫ У XVI СТ.

Значним явищем міжнародної політики епохи Відродження були так звані «італійські війни» (1494-1559 рр.), які мали своєю складовою велику кількість угод про воєнні союзи. З одного боку ці угоди засвідчили непевність і швидку мінливість союзів, для оформлення яких призначалися, з іншого боку − відобразили уявлення своїх учасників про зміст міжнародної безпеки і засоби досягнення їх політичних цілей під виглядом її відновлення та захисту. В статті узагальнюються договірно-правові зобов’язання короля Англії Генріха VIII, взяті ним в контексті «італійських воєн» при активній ролі його головного міністра у той період, кардинала Томаса Вулсі. З розглянутих угод найбільша важливість визнається за Лондонським договором 1418 р. як одним з історичних проектів загальноєвропейської колективної безпеки, що набув форму міжнародного договору. З допомогою аналізу змісту інших угод можуть бути визначені основні риси юридичних зобов’язань в сфері безпеки, властиві досліджуваному періоду. Приділено увагу також юридичним основам двох Священних Ліг (1495 та 1511 рр.).Посилання
