Abstract

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problems of further study of theoretical approaches
transformation of economic systems that can be used for the analysis of structural changes in
the double-periphery countries.
Globalization is not only required in some cases strengthening state intervention in the economy,
but also affect the whole system of forms and methods of state macroeconomic policy. In
general, it can be argued that globalization significantly changes the ratio between the external
and internal factors in the development of national economies in favor of the former.
Revealed that the economic transformation of scientific category in general scientific understanding
is a structural change forms and stages of functioning of social systems at different
stages of economic cycles.
It should be noted that there is a dialectical relationship between the transformation of the
form and content of particular public. This change is that any transformation is the result of
human activity, although this process play a key role pattern of society, the dynamics of nature,
etc.
The choice of the transformation is carried out directly by people and their groups – spontaneously
or purposefully. In the initial stages of development of a society dominated by the
spontaneous transformation as observed in the market system – with reluctance crisis processes,
joint action of the market lead to the economic crisis. Post-crisis alignment of asymmetries is
possible only if concerted actions of economic entities that use tradition and innovation.
Transformation is a key tool for genetic variability and adaptation of existing systems to
changes in external and internal environments of development. This purification of the ancestral
core of obsolete items that do not meet the new requirements of the system.
Depth transformation components genotype is different, but if you miss the transformation or
hold it in that direction, the system completes its existence, down from the historical scene (eg,
the USSR).
It is noted that in modern economic literature and rather no common synthetic theory covering
various aspects of economic and financial transformation.
Key words: structural changes, double peripherals, economic and financial transformation,
globalization, opposition forces.
