The activities and achievements of the UN in the fight against hunger

Abstract

The article shows the current situation and statistics connected with the global food crisis. It reveals the main activities of the United Nations to overcome the food problem in historical development. Depicted programs and organizations within the UN engaged in resolving the global threat of food crisis. The article aims to analyze the successes and achievements of the UN in combating the global threat of hunger, food security.
