Military-technical cooperation as a component of ukrainian state policy

Abstract

Military-technical cooperation as part of the state policy of Ukraine. The term «military-technical cooperation» should understand two basic types of relations be- tween states. Firstly, it is - transfers of armaments and military equipment, dual use technologies and services of military and technical nature, the most important ele- ment technical-military cooperation is joint research and development activities, production, marketing and sale of weapons designs.
