Gender issues and globalisation process in the Arab East region

Abstract

 The article is dedicated to the influence of globalization processes in the Arab Middle East on the settlement of gender question in the Arab states. Special atten- tion is given to gender inequality on the labour market, Arab women’s participation in the political life of the region and women’s achievements in struggle for their rights.
