International currency law in modern law system

Abstract

This article is devoted to the role and place of International Monetary law in In- ternational law system. Author analyzes different approaches and theories about this field of law, compares International Monetary law with International banking and financial law and indicates distinguished features. Author also proposes its own definition of International Monetary law.
