This article shows, that presence of instant or hypothetical threats to the one or the other state, results in a need of permanent maintenance of powerful armed forces which would be capable and able to protect it from external interference. During Reagan’s epoch, the conception of monopolar world with American hegemony began to implement directly into policy. Also author tries to define and formulate the permanent factors of the United States national security model, which, practically, have no doubts, no matter the representative of what political force comes to power in this state.Downloads
