Time acceleration and social geopolitical differentiation are the actors of international relations

Abstract

In the article the author mentions the fact that geopolitical time acceleration
and social differentiation of the actors of the international relations can be
observed now. The author emphasizes that every modern period of revolutionary
changes is not permanent, and there is no significant phenomenon to be taken as
a basis for international development prognosis. Only unstable and fickle
situations can be observed instead.
