Abstract

The article focuses on main approaches toward the problem of development efficient consular assistance standards and its interconnection with the protection of human rights. 
In this context the main objectives of the aforesaid piece are to work out some universal attitudes to the problem which allows Ukrainian consuls to be more effective providing consular assistance to our citizens abroad.
