Abstract

The article is devoted to research of EU Court of Justice practice regarding EU As-
sociation Agreements with the third countries. The special attention is stressed on the
court decisions which formed legal nature of the institute of association in EU law, in
particular on the decisions disclosing the direct effect of Association Agreements within
the legal order of the Member States.
