Abstract

This paper addresses the issue of cooperation between Ukraine and Russia in the
framework of so-called «Great Treaty» in terms of international law, is the political and
legal analysis of bilateral relations in view of the possibility of applying the relevant
achievements in the international legal and political spheres at the current stage of re-
lations between the two States and in their future.
