THE PROBLEM OF REGULATION OF WORLD MARKET OF RAW RESOURCES WITHIN WTO

Abstract

The WTO rules generally do not regulate the use of raw materials before they were collected or extracted. The article deals the problem of regulation of the market of raw materials, namely the problem of the use of subsidies, the problem of using of dual pricing and the problem of applying the restrictions relating to environmental protection.
