Abstract

The present world is characterised by rapid development of new regional systems
which by the international scenario is deeply influenced. Among those new poles is The
Southern Asia – one of the biggest regions of the world, but one of the most unstable as
well. The South Asia’s regional system has the very clear asymmetry with India as a
leader. The main issues of regional integration this article tries to examine.
