РОЛЬ МІЖНАРОДНИХ ФІНАНСОВО-КРЕДИТНИХ УСТАНОВ У ФОРМУВАННІ ІНТЕГРОВАНИХ БІЗНЕС-ГРУП

Abstract

In the article the problems, strengths and weaknesses sides of integrated busi-
ness groups on the international (in the case of TNC and TNB) and national (in the
case of Ukraine) levels are considered. Also the main foundations, the role and value
of TNB in the integrated business groups are disclosed. Ways of attraction of the in-
ternational financial capital to the national economy are declared.
