The trends of consolidation of banking capital in the context of financial globalization

Abstract

Theoretical and practical aspects of banks consolidation, its causes under the financial globalization are examined in the article. The main forms of bank consolidation, its trends and regularities are discovered. Propositions of bank consolidation efficiency increasing in present conditions are suggested on the ground of foreign experience.
