The organizational-legal mechanism for protection of human rights in the European Union

Abstract

The article analyzes the system of human rights protection in the European Union and its relationship with the human rights protection of the Council of Europe. The special focus is made on the legal nature and framework of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.
