The implementation of corporate control in the management of corporations

Abstract

Nature of origin rules and regulations of corporate cooperation is defined distinct institutional problems concerning the focus on problem solving anticipatory development environment within and according to the requirements which take place formation, operation and development of corporate structures. In this paper it is
proved that in the corporate organizational development is the formation of a holistic institutional space components of which are different types of institutions. The features of the formation of corporate control in Ukraine and outlines the ways for its improvement.
