СПІЛЬНА МІГРАЦІЙНА ПОЛІТИКА ЄС: ЗАСАДИ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ

Розглянуто процес формування та сучасний стан спільної імміграційної політики ЄС, в ході комплексного порівняльно-правового дослідження міграційного законодавства країн-членів виокремлено елементи міграційної політики, що потребують уніфікації на рівні Союзу.
Ключові слова: міграція, імміграційна політика, Європейський Союз (далі- ЄС), уніфікація, мігранти.
Рассматривается процесс формирования и современное состояние общей иммиграционной политики Европейского Союза, в ходе комплексного сравнительно-правового исследования миграционного законодательства государств-членов выявлены элементы миграционной политики, требующие унификации на уровне Союза.
Formation and modern state of the common immigration policy are under study; in the course of complex comparative study of member states’ migration law elements of migration policy which need to be unified on the Union level are marked out.
