СУЧАСНІ ВИКЛИКИ ОНОВЛЕННЯ СТРАТЕГІЧНОЇ КОНЦЕПЦІЇ НАТО: ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНИЙ АСПЕКТ

Проаналізовано еволюція ключових концепцій формування євроатлантичної інтеграції і ролі НАТО в цьому процесі. Визначено дія зовнішніх чинників, які динамічно змінюються в системі міжнародних відносин і впливають на трансформацію внутрішнього розвитку НАТО (воєнно-економічного, інституційного, соціально-політичного характеру). В контексті нових реалій окреслено основні напрями реформування Альянсу напередодні офіційного прийняття нової Стратегічної концепції НАТО.

The article deals with the evolution of key concepts of Euroatlantic integration and the role of NATO in this process. The impact of external factors is determined considering their dynamic change within the system of international relations as well as their influence on NATO internal transformation. Main trends of the Alliance reform are defined which is topical on the eve of official acceptance of New Strategic Concept.
