Abstract

The author considers principles of creating inter-country integration unions
and performs analysis of alternative benefits of western and Eurasian vectors for
Ukraine's integration. The author proves that irrespective of the impact of territo-
rial factor, the economic and civilizational factors are instrumental in establishing
integration unions. The paper grounds advantages of the European vector of inte-
gration for Ukraine.
