ВПЛИВ АНТИДЕМПІНГОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ В ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОМУ СОЮЗІ НА ПРАВО КИТАЮ

Abstract

This article is dedicated to the study of the particularities of legal problems of
European Union antidumping regulation and to the borrowing by China of EU experience
in this field. In the article the matters connected to the substantiation of the
necessity and importance of antidumping regulation for economic development are
examined ,which characterizes EU and PRC legal cooperation results. Legal support
of antidumping regulation in European Law doctrine and practice is investigated
,EU antidumping regulation influence on the Law of China is analyzed.
