The article deals with the special features of legal regulation of advertising in the
United States of America, European countries, in European Union, and Ukraine. Ad-
vertisement is one of the forms of information spread, and it takes leading place among
other information objects of legal regulation. Advertising demands special attention be-
cause of its large-scale distribution.
