Abstract

Abstract. The article examines the problem of development and justification of the constructive
elements of new organizational technologies and management systems at firm in the
context of globalization, the information age and the beginning of the «knowledge economy» sector
in the international business. It is shown that in terms of the firms ability to self-organize
these new constructive elements can be classified as follows: the culture of organization, the intelligence
of organization, the consciousness of organization and organizational consciousness.
The article proves that organizational consciousness is the laying of basis of individual culture
and organizational culture in certain subcollective «I». It is also shown that organizational consciousness
is the level where the theological and ecological setting is combined linking individual
and collective as a form of semantic emotional and rational ordering of the firm’s
objectives.
The article proves that the consciousness of organization are physically realized in certain
form – in the network of participants’ communication and related processes of motivation modification
and firm’s needs and capabilities.
It was established that in order to optimize the organizational systems of the firm the ability
to should be able select and analyze the characteristics of organizational consciousness: subjectivity,
intentionality, modality. The solution of problems of firm’s adaptation during the beginning
of knowledge economy period to changing environmental conditions in the individual,
within a rational choice, organization must be decided on the basis of intellectual abilities, intellectual
tools and technologies.
The full range of conditions for firm’s self-sufficient life - organizational system occurs while
creating its own productive forces, the formation of its own intelligence, providing cognitive
ability.
In that the focus, optimization is just the ability to use the condition of «redundancy» consciousness
to ordinary-level functionality necessary for its widening and deepening. Today, it is
a prerequisite for success in the competition at the challenges of modern international business,
new knowledge economy and the information age.
