Abstract

Abstract. Economic transformations that occur in modern Ukrainian companies are characterized
by complications of external organizational environment, a sharp increase in the rate
of its measurement and increased competition in world markets. These circumstances require
companies to find new human reserves and new ways to search for efficiency. An employer seeking
to ensure long-term growth of the business understands that «investing in people» is no less
important than updating the material base of production as professionalism of the staff and their
ability to develop a competitive advantage for the company. High turnover of employees affects
the success of the organization as dramatically as financial losses. Moreover, the voluntary dismissal
of employees from industrial enterprises, who are the resource of the organization, takes
place in Ukraine, especially working specialties. This tendency grows from year to year. This
trend leads to, firstly, the growth of both the direct costs of non-elaborated products, and indirectly
related to the search, selection and recruitment of new employees, their adaptation and
learning; secondly, to the decline of the labor potential of the organization, which is the key to
the successful operation and development of the company. In this regard, the author believes that
the social mechanism of the formation of the labor potential of the enterprise should be built with
the help of a comprehensive system that will allow at the early stages to diagnose and regulate
unorganized forms of labor mobility of workers who are a resource of the company.
Key words: employees’ mobility, working capacity, regulation system, personnel assessment,
tentative programs, unorganized movement, specialization of the post, employees’ efficiency.
