Abstract

Abstract. The main purpose of implementing social potential of the city is the best to meet
the needs of the population in social services. The priorities in this context are: creation of legal,
organizational and institutional conditions for the introduction of modern social technologies,
improving quality, expanding the range of services provided in the field of medicine, education,
social security, entertainment services, etc. The expected results of strategic planning is social:
an enabling economic and organizational conditions for the formation of a market economic system
in the social sphere aimed at meeting the social needs of all segments of the population and
expanding range of social services, improving health, education, and improved social protection
and popular support. Economic development of the city – based enterprise restructuring, renewal
of equipment and technologies, new efficient production, contributes to competitive producers
of market relations.
