CYCLES IN COMPETENCE BASED APPROACH: MODERN INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Abstract. On the bases of generalization of world experience in the field the paper highlights
the question of cyclicity within competency based approach to education. Comparative
characteristics of the main competency models is laid down, identified the levels of competency
possession. The subjective model of competency based approach to education is offered and
identified the main directions of international cooperation within the field.
