The International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights as a part of the universal human rights system

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analyses of the nature of International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, peculiarities of the setting and implementation of the social and economic rights. Author pays special attention to the problems of implementation of international social and economic standards in Ukraine.
