Strategic monitoring of non-military means to achieve military and political goals of a state

Abstract

Political analysis and prognostics play the main role in the system of political gnosiology. The issue of strategic monitoring at the nonmilitary choice process is ex- amined. To obtain optimal prognosis of the political-military situation the author propose to use the method of «SWOT-analysis».
