FACTORING SERVICES: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE AND UKRAINIAN BANKS PRACTICE

Abstract

The article analyses the home and foreign practice of factoring services in bank- ing; provides a brief survey of the history of factoring services development in Ukraine. There is some proposed changing for the definition of factoring in the Ukrainian legislation in according to UNIDROIT Convention on International Fac- toring (Ottawa, 28 May 1988).
