Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment history

Abstract

As soon as Ukraine has signed but not ratified the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment which is very important to receive an external fi- nancing by Ukrainian enterprises working in aviation sphere, an author has re- searched the history and the reasons of the Convention development.
