THE EUROBONDS AS AN EFFECTIVE MECHANISM OF ATTRACTION OF CAPITAL BY UKRAINIAN COMPANIES

The paper analyzes the effectiveness of Eurobonds as a mechanism for attraction of capital by Ukrainian companies. Defined the most reliable companies in Ukraine, which released Eurobonds, analyzed the effects of issue for such companies, specified investor risks during the buying Eurobonds.
