Abstract

Annotation. This article analyzes the theoretical basis for the formation of the
global innovation system, the nature and genesis of scientific and technological
revolution also methodological foundations of becoming the country’s national in-
novatiton system (NIS), established mechanism for integration NIS of the country in
global innovation environment.
