Abstract

This article describes the importance of international cooperation both for
Ukraine and for the entire world, and also the importance of Ukraine's cooperation
with Russian Federation and problems that arise at this stage of cooperation. The
ways of institutional support for the implementation of the mechanisms of scientific
and technological cooperation are formulated.
