ETHNIC ISSUES IN THE BALTIC STATES AFTER THE COLLAPSE OF THE USSR

Abstract

The question of the Russian and Russian-language minority position in the Baltic countries after disintegration of the USSR is considered. Basic essence of problem is exposed. The role of international organizations in Russian-Baltic relationsis is reflected.
