The actual aspects of protection of human rights and the management the migration within the Action plan Ukraine - EU

Abstract

The article explores the contemporary issues of human rights and peculiarities
of legal regulation of migration issues in Ukraine as well as commitment of Ukraine
to cooperate with the EU in these areas. The relevant principles of bilateral relations
were analyzed on the basis of the Action Plan and recent modifications to legislation
of Ukraine. Moreover, some areas for further improvement of national regulation
in the sphere of human rights protection were identified.
