Abstract. Information security is a national information resource as protection of
vital interests of the individual, society and the state, which excludes the infliction of
harm due to incomplete, untimely and inaccurate information, the negative effects of in-
formation or dissemination prohibited or restricted for distribution applicable laws of
the country.
